Proof, not testimonials.
Two things I built and still run. Specifics wherever I can give them; client data stays out.

CAMF App
B2B travel-technology platform
Founder · architect · lead engineer
Quoting, bookings, commission attribution, and the admin surface around all of it. Built for a working agency that I also operate, so requirements come off the sales floor and go straight back to it.
-
·
NestJS and TypeORM services behind an ALB, deployed on ECS with CloudFront and WAF in front.
-
·
Drupal 11 as the content layer, wired in through OpenID Connect with custom role assignment, Group-module access control, and the iframe and CSP handling that embedding demands.
-
·
Commission-attribution logic designed against how agents actually close, then audited daily against the conversations that produce it.
-
·
Booking documents, PDFs and phone photos alike, parsed into structured data with Gemini after comparing providers on cost and on Spanish-language quality.
-
·
Assistant tooling on top of respond.io, where the selling actually happens.
-
·
Container Insights, WAF ACL consolidation and CloudFront pricing tiers audited line by line. Infrastructure spend is a design output, not a monthly surprise.

Content pipeline
In-house generative production
Built it, runs it
Spanish-language marketing video and stills produced in house, on a pipeline assembled from parts.

·
Remotion scaffold for branded video and stills, generated from data instead of by hand.
-
·
ComfyUI and Kling for generated imagery and motion.
-
·
ElevenLabs for Spanish voiceover.

·
A maintained design-token registry underneath, so automated output stays on brand.

Four decisions.
Turned down agent tooling that wanted AWS keys.
Autonomous agents next to production credentials and client data open a surface I will not accept. The productivity was not worth the blast radius.
Audited the AWS bill line by line.
Container Insights, WAF ACL consolidation, CloudFront pricing tiers. The recurring spend came down, and every line still on the bill has a reason.
Picked the model on cost and on Spanish.
Providers compared on measured cost and on non-English output quality, not on whichever one is the default.
Fifty-plus stays in other people’s houses.
Across several countries. Languages and accents by immersion rather than study, which is the working knowledge a travel business runs on.
